The Mansfield

The Mansfield has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and an unfinished loft.  This bonus space can be converted to a master suite or a family room at a later date.  The Mansfield features a cathedral ceiling and virtual floor to ceiling windows.  A great starter chalet!

The Concord

Like the Mansfield, the Concord has two floors.  Unlike the Concord, the loft area is finished as a master suite.  This gives four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and 1650 sq ft of living space.  Again, the Concord offers a cathedral ceiling and lots of windows.  The open plan living and dining area flows from the kitchen.

The Ellicott

The Ellicott is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom chalet.  It boasts 2420 square feet of living space over 3 floors.  The ground floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  The front of the chalet is a wall of glass that invites the outside in and walks out to a large deck.  The lower ground level has 2 more bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms.  The lower ground level also offers a second family or games room.  French doors walk out to ground level.  Like the Mansfield model, there is an unfinished loft that can be finished as a master suite.

The Allegheny

The Allegheny is a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom chalet.  Together with the Elk Creek, The Allegheny is our most spacious model.  It features 2800 sq ft on 3 floors.  The loft is finished as a master suite and, on most lots, will boast the most spectacular views.   The ground floor has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.  The lower ground floor has 2 additional bedrooms and bathrooms and a second family or games room.  Once again, French doors walk out to the front.

The Elk Creek

The Elk Creek is named after the creek that originates at the summit of 42 Degrees North and then winds its way in to the village of Ellicottville.  It is the same square footage as the Allegheny, but offers an extra bedroom.  The layout is identical to the Allegheny except for an additional bedroom in the lower ground floor.  However, the cathedral ceilings, the finished loft and the expansive floor to ceiling windows are the same as those in the Allegheny.
